  The impurity removal device in coarse grain processing equipment is a closed system composed of a vibrating screen, fan, and connecting pipeline. This closed system allows the airflow generated by the fan to pass unidirectionally and be discharged through the gas outlet, passing through two vertically connected layers of vibrating screens. After the gas passes through the lower vibrating screen, it then passes through the upper vibrating screen. The upper vibrating screen has larger mesh openings than the lower one. After passing through the two layers of vibrating screens, due to the upward airflow, lighter impurities are blown out by the airflow.
  The purpose of impurity removal during processing is to protect the normal operation of production. Hard large impurities can particularly damage coarse grain processing equipment, especially those with strong impact. Sparks generated by collisions may cause dust explosions. Flexible impurities such as ropes and paper scraps can easily entangle and block the equipment. Dust in raw materials can overflow and cause pollution, harming the production environment. To ensure normal production, these impurities must be removed as much as possible.
  Currently, domestic coarse grain processing equipment is gradually gaining attention, and the variety of coarse grain products is continuously increasing. Future development should focus more on deep processing in the coarse grain industry, strengthen technological innovation, target domestic and international market demands, use international quality standards to develop high value-added products, and improve processing technology. It should also develop organic foods, health foods, and other products with good taste based on coarse grains according to local conditions, to meet the demands of domestic and foreign markets with market-oriented products.
