Raw Material (Rice) Storage and Rice Blending This is the first process in the glutinous rice flour processing workshop. The modular steel silo design saves logistics costs and improves the accuracy of rice blending.
Our company's modular steel silo uses composite steel beams, with all components prefabricated and powder-coated with high-temperature curing in the factory. On-site assembly uses 8.8-grade high-strength bolts to avoid damage to the anti-rust coating caused by welding, resulting in products with high strength and long service life.


Grain Washing and Stone Removal Machine This is a specialized equipment developed by our company that integrates rice washing, stone removal (heavy impurities), and light impurity removal. It simplifies the rice cleaning process in the (glutinous) rice flour processing workshop, improves product quality, and allows water recycling to save water and reduce wastewater discharge.
Each soaking tank can automatically and quantitatively add rice and water, and discharge rice and water at scheduled times; it is also equipped with an automatic cleaning device for the inner wall of the soaking tank. All functions are controlled by an automated system, with adjustable parameters according to customer needs, achieving unattended and automated rice soaking.


Belt Conveyor Under Plate and Frame Filter Press: Traditionally, a large hopper is installed under the plate and frame filter press to resolve the conflict between intermittent discharge of the filter press and the continuous stable feeding requirement of the dryer. However, the cake easily bridges in the hopper, requiring manual poking to break the bridge, which is labor-intensive. Our newly developed belt conveyor under the plate and frame filter press overcomes the shortcomings of limited storage on belt conveyors and residual wet cake at the angle between the side wall and belt. It achieves unattended operation, continuous and quantitative feeding according to dryer demand, with no residue, ensuring stable moisture content of dried products and improving user economic benefits.
Our company has upgraded the traditional two-stage (glutinous) rice flour dryer. The feeder is designed with front, rear, and bottom openings for easy cleaning, promoting food hygiene; the tail air from the second stage dryer is recycled back to the first stage, saving about 20% of drying heat energy; a blockage alarm and automatic stop function are added under the cyclone discharger to enhance dryer reliability; using our developed cyclone pulse dust collector ensures no powder leakage, improves (glutinous) rice flour yield, and eliminates air pollution around the facility.


Optimized finished product sorting process. Using a fully enclosed finished product sieve with scientifically designed screening paths ensures workshop cleanliness, easy equipment maintenance, high product qualification rate, achieving energy saving and efficiency improvement.
Our company invented the mid-residue selection process and equipment, reducing product spots and improving yield and quality.


According to user needs, our company designs and manufactures a small-scale (glutinous) rice flour production experimental line, equipped with a small soaking tank, slurry grinder, filter press, and dryer, suitable for formula debugging and new product development in (glutinous) rice flour processing plants.
Based on the characteristics of (glutinous) rice flour production, our company designed and manufactured a centralized fully automatic control system featuring flexible manual/automatic switching, continuous equipment operation, one-key sequential start/stop, and other practical functions. It collects on-site data such as material level, liquid level, pressure, and temperature to ensure stable production operation and accurate process parameters. The central control room can display, modify, set, alarm, save all parameters, automatically generate reports, and print them on a scheduled basis.
