Paddle Washer Mainly used for cleaning lance-shaped materials, the whole machine adopts a rotary design with a long cleaning path, thorough cleaning, good impurity separation effect, low power configuration, small equipment footprint, and reliable operation. It can be designed as a specialized peeling machine as needed, with a surface peeling rate of over 92%.
Squirrel Cage Drum Washer Mainly used for cleaning tuber raw materials, the whole machine adopts a countercurrent washing method. Materials collide and rub against each other inside the drum to effectively remove surface impurities. Mud and debris falling outside the drum are pushed to the sedimentation hopper and discharged externally by the reverse spiral on the drum's outer ring.


Cutting Machine The equipment has a simple structure, is easy to maintain, has high cutting efficiency, low power consumption, and the moving and fixed blades are made of custom special stainless steel materials, making it environmentally friendly and efficient. The number of moving and fixed blades can be adjusted according to capacity to meet multi-capacity configurations. Mainly used for pre-crushing raw materials such as cassava and sweet potatoes.
Rasping Machine One of the specialized equipment in the tuber starch processing industry. Compared with similar products, it consists of hundreds of saw blades combined, featuring high speed, fine rasping of materials, uniform particles, high starch liberation rate, large production capacity, and high starch extraction rate. It has now been developed into a series.


Centrifugal Sieve The whole machine is made of stainless steel, mainly used for centrifugal separation of starch and fiber. It adopts a horizontal sieve basket structure where materials move in a spiral-like motion on the inner surface of the sieve basket. Under the action of spray water, starch and fiber are separated. This product has been developed into a series.
Cyclone Group The equipment is used for concentrating starch slurry, protein separation, and refining processes in starch production. The single machine consists of three sealed chambers. After being pressurized by a pump, the liquid material enters the feed chamber and, under centrifugal force, achieves centrifugal separation of materials with different densities in multiple small hydraulic cyclone tubes. This product has been developed into a series.


Disc Centrifuge Mainly used to separate protein from crude starch slurry and to concentrate and wash starch slurry; it has high rotational speed and high separation factor. Widely used in the production of tuber starches (sweet potato and cassava).
Siphon Scraper Centrifuge Utilizes the combined effect of centrifuge and siphon suction to increase filtration driving force, thereby accelerating filtration and shortening separation time. Its production capacity per unit time can be increased by more than 50%, significantly reducing the moisture content of filter cake. Filtration speed can be adjusted arbitrarily to evenly distribute materials on the filter medium, reducing equipment vibration and noise. It uses a hydraulic system for automatic control, making operation more stable and reliable. The control system adopts an advanced programmable logic controller (PLC) for accurate and reliable operation, featuring compact size, high efficiency, long service life, and easy adjustment and maintenance.


Drum Vacuum Suction Filter Uses vacuum pump negative pressure to suction starch slurry of a certain concentration. Starch is retained on the stainless steel mesh screen, while water is drawn into the internal pipe system of the drum and separated from vapor through a subsequent gas-liquid separation tank. The whole machine operates reliably, discharges continuously and evenly, is easy to operate, and is widely used in dehydration production of starches such as potato and sweet potato. This product has been developed into a series.
Plate and Frame Filter Press Has higher dehydration capacity than drum vacuum suction filters and scraper centrifuges. Mainly used for dehydration of by-product proteins and potato residues in tuber starch factories, and is also widely used in dehydration production of whole powder.


Airflow Drying System The whole machine adopts a negative pressure method, with minimal dust dispersion, a clean and tidy working environment, automatic moisture control, stable starch quality, simple operation, and significant energy-saving effects. Our company has absorbed and digested advanced foreign technology to develop a negative pressure drying system that won the "Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress in Henan Province." It has been widely applied to drying of materials such as wheat starch, corn starch, tuber starch, (glutinous) rice flour, etc., and has received praise from domestic and international customers. Fully Enclosed Finished Product Sieve Ensures a clean workshop environment, scientific layout for easy maintenance, optimized screening path design to improve finished product qualification rate, thereby achieving energy saving and efficiency improvement.


Automatic Packaging Machine Integrates automatic weighing and filling. Uses high-speed sampling instruments and programmable process control to ensure adaptability to different packaging processes. Employs automatic bag clamping devices to ensure airtightness and minimize dust leakage. Through a digital variable frequency speed control system and segmented feeding, it guarantees feeding speed and measurement accuracy.
Automatic Control System Overall control adopts PLC+OCC control. All equipment can achieve both local and centralized control. Key process stations use automated control. Drying moisture is self-controlled, centrifugal sieve common pipe pressure is self-controlled, cyclone discharge quality density meter is self-controlled, and tank liquid level is digitally displayed, effectively controlling starch processing quality.
