Process Overview

The processed flour is first measured by a quantitative scale into the dough mixer to complete the dough mixing. It then proceeds to the maturation tank for aging, followed by high-speed shearing through a homogenizer. The mixture is then conveyed to a three-phase decanter centrifuge to separate gluten and B starch, A starch, and pentosan into three phases. The gluten and B starch are further separated by a gluten sieve into gluten and B starch. The B starch is screened by a centrifugal sieve to remove fibers, then concentrated and refined by a cyclone separator. The starch slurry undergoes dehydration by a scraper centrifuge, and the wet starch is dried by airflow drying to produce B starch. The gluten is processed into active gluten after continuous sieving or dried into finished gluten products by gluten drying equipment. The separated A starch is screened by a centrifugal sieve to remove fibers, refined and concentrated in a cyclone separator group, typically dehydrated by a vacuum filter, and then dried by airflow drying to complete A starch processing. The light-phase pentosan can be concentrated using evaporation equipment.
