In the process of modern industrial production, different process units have differentiated temperature control requirements: some production areas, process pipelines, and storage tanks require continuous heating, while others need precise temperature control. Traditional solutions adopt a discrete energy supply mode—meeting heating demands through the combustion of fossil fuels or electric heating, while configuring independent refrigeration units to achieve cooling needs. This conventional operation mode results in significant energy waste and high operating costs.

To address this industry pain point, our company has successfully developed an innovative thermal energy recycling system. This technology breakthrough integrates cooling and heating demands by using efficient heat pump technology to achieve energy gradient transfer: recovering waste heat from the cooling units, upgrading the thermal energy grade through the heat pump system, and precisely delivering it to the heating units. This innovative technology realizes "multi-use of a single energy source" for energy utilization efficiency. System operation data shows that for every unit of electrical energy input, about three units of cooling capacity are obtained at the cold end, while about three units of heating capacity are output at the hot end. The comprehensive energy efficiency significantly outperforms traditional energy supply methods, providing an innovative solution for the green upgrade of process industries such as food processing, biopharmaceuticals, and fine chemicals. Currently, this technology has been successfully applied in large production parks including Luhua Group's Yanjin production base, and COFCO Group's Chongqing, Anyang, and Lujiang sites.
