Product Description

   1. Main Uses

  The FZSQ series high-efficiency water applicator is used in the wheat cleaning process of flour mills to adjust the moisture content of wheat. It is a key device for improving wheat milling performance. This machine incorporates the advantages of similar domestic and foreign products, designed according to series and standardization requirements, and is popular among large, medium, and small flour mills.

  2. Performance Features

  ①Strong process capability, compact structure, lightweight, large processing capacity, and low energy consumption;

  ②The machine body is inclined upward from the feed inlet to the discharge outlet. During the pushing process, the wheat rotates by itself, and some wheat falls back for secondary stirring, ensuring uniform water application on wheat particles;

  ③The feeding blades use a unique curved design, resulting in a low wheat breakage rate. When wheat is stirred by the blades, its surface is lightly rubbed off, achieving "cleaning" and improving wheat quality;

  ④Water addition can be controlled manually or automatically;

  ⑤Equipped with wheat flow interruption and continuation monitoring, automatic interlock device for water source on/off, facilitating operation;

  ⑥Blades are made of special wear-resistant materials with long service life.

  ⑦The uniquely designed external mounted bearing extends the bearing's service life.
