　　 1. Main Uses
　　This machine is a specialized device for applying a small amount of water to the surface of granules. The equipment atomizes water into fine droplets smaller than 100 microns, evenly moistening the material.
　　①Moistening wheat before milling.
　　Before milling, uniformly moisten the wheat by 0.3% to 0.5%, and condition it for 30 minutes. Without increasing the moisture content of the wheat endosperm, increase the moisture content of the wheat bran layer, soften the bran, enhance the toughness of the bran cellulose, keep the bran intact during milling, reduce bran specks in the flour, lower flour ash content, whiten the flour, and improve the finished product quality.
　　②Moistening and conditioning brown rice.
　　Between the hulling and rice milling processes, after separating the husk, add a moistening step before the brown rice enters the first rice milling machine. By uniformly atomizing water onto the brown rice at 0.2% to 0.6%, and storing it in the silo (hopper) for 20 to 40 minutes, increase the moisture content of the brown rice bran layer to 16.5% to 17.0%. This creates a 2 to 3 percentage point difference between the moisture of the bran layer and the white rice kernel. After absorbing water, the bran layer swells and softens, greatly reducing breakage and cracks during milling, making the white rice surface smoother, significantly increasing whole grain rate; saving milling electricity consumption, reducing broken rice rate, and increasing rice yield.
　　③Spray moistening before rice polishing.
　　④Adding oils, liquids, or water-soluble trace elements to feed.
