   1. Product Introduction
  This series of units can customize heat sources according to customer requirements, with multiple options including electricity, steam, heat transfer oil, natural gas, coal, biomass pellets, etc. The heated dry hot air and wet materials are mixed at a specially designed feeder (positive or negative pressure), allowing the wet materials to mix with the high-temperature airflow and move forward, finally achieving gas-solid separation through a separator.
  This series of units uses the flash drying principle, featuring high drying intensity, short drying time, low energy consumption, simple operation, good product quality, stable moisture content, and minimal impurity contamination.

  ③Efficient unloading dust collector completes the separation of air and materials, with tail gas dust content less than 10mg/m³, preventing material loss with tail gas and improving product yield;
  ④Short drying time, preserving the nutritional components of the materials;
  ⑤The system operates under negative pressure, which is more conducive to moisture evaporation from materials.
