This series of units is a drying equipment developed by our company by integrating a series of advanced domestic and international technologies and continuous improvements. It features a multi-layer fixed hollow heating circular material-carrying plate, rotary rake stirring, and vertical continuous operation, primarily using heat conduction. The drying process involves passing the heat carrier into the hollow circular plates on each layer, indirectly heating the wet material placed on the plate surface through heat conduction. Under the scraping action of the rotating rake blades, the continuously moving and tumbling material's moisture evaporates at the operating temperature. The steam is discharged with the equipment's exhaust gases, thereby continuously obtaining qualified dried products at the bottom of the equipment. Compared with traditional drying equipment, it has advantages such as high thermal efficiency, energy saving, uniform drying, good product quality, small footprint, fewer auxiliary devices, less pollution, continuous production, easy operation, and wide applicability.

   2. Performance Characteristics
  ①Drying is conducted by heat conduction, achieving a thermal efficiency of over 65%. It operates continuously with high thermal efficiency and large drying capacity;
  ②Only a small amount of air is introduced during the process to carry away moisture, and the exhaust gas contains very little material, resulting in minimal material loss;
  ③ Due to the thin material layer during drying, low main shaft speed, and low power required for the material conveying system, power consumption is low and noise is minimal;
  ④ During drying, the material moves and tumbles along a spiral line in the drying plate and falls layer by layer, so the contact time between the material and the heating plate surface is basically the same, ensuring uniform heating and stable product quality;
  ⑤The equipment operates in a sealed continuous mode with automatic control and unattended operation, reducing labor intensity for workers;
  ⑥Easy installation, small footprint, and low energy consumption.
