Product Description

   1. Product Introduction
  Starch drying is an important process in wet starch processing, directly affecting starch yield, energy consumption, and quality.
  Our company has absorbed and digested advanced foreign technology and developed the FGDF series "Negative Pressure Airflow Drying System" based on China's specific conditions. After more than ten years of industrial application testing, it has been promoted and applied in drying starch, protein powder, and wet rice bran, and has won the "Second Prize of Henan Province Science and Technology Progress Award."
  Wet materials enter the drying tube from the feeder. Air is heated by the heater and mixed with the materials to achieve drying inside the drying tube; the dried materials are recovered by a high-efficiency cyclone discharger, and exhaust gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe by a fan.
   2. Performance Features
  ①High efficiency and energy saving, advanced technology
  Through years of theoretical research and repeated on-site production testing, we have accumulated a large amount of data and mastered the variation law of gas volume inside the drying system. This allows for reasonable process design, accurate parameter selection, and all technical indicators have reached international advanced levels. Compared with similar domestic products, energy saving is 40%.
  ②Automatic control of finished product moisture.
  The moisture automatic control system can automatically adjust parameters according to changes in material flow, moisture content, air temperature, and humidity, ensuring the finished product moisture reaches the set value and meets quality standards.
  ③Separation of air and materials.
  The high-efficiency cyclone discharger completes the separation of air and materials in one step. The dust content in the exhaust gas is less than 10 mg/m3, preventing material discharge with exhaust gas that pollutes the environment and improving product yield.
  ④Short drying time and high drying intensity; operates under negative pressure, which facilitates moisture vaporization and prevents material leakage and dust generation due to poor pipe sealing.
