   1. Product Introduction
  In positive pressure conveying engineering, because compressed gas is often accompanied by high temperatures during its generation, the outlet gas temperature of common Roots blowers can reach 60℃ to 90℃. This series of air coolers can cool the process gas to near ambient temperature, thereby reducing or even eliminating these effects, lowering the defect rate, and improving product quality.
  The air-cooled air cooler is a high-temperature and high-pressure gas cooling device developed by our company through digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technology. During use, it uses an axial fan to generate power, driving the external ambient air to form a perpendicular crossflow with the high-temperature gas inside the heat exchanger, thereby achieving enhanced convection. The cooled high-temperature and high-pressure gas then returns to the original pipeline.
   2. Performance Features
  1. Since air is used as the cooling medium and is non-corrosive, the device is durable. It is made entirely of alloy and has a very sturdy structure.
  2. Simple structure, very convenient for installation and maintenance.
  3. Extremely high heat transfer efficiency, 20 to 30 times that of traditional radiators of the same volume, so after quickly reaching the set temperature, there is no temperature control drift.
  4. The outlet gas temperature can be freely set. It features a programmable controller and human-machine interface for automated control and unattended operation.
  5. High efficiency and energy saving, with the entire system power not exceeding 2KW.
