1. Product Introduction
The powder return device is one of the essential pieces of equipment in flour mills. Its function is to collect the suction powder, bran powder, and powder scattered during the storage bin, brush room, large package room, and maintenance process, and continuously and evenly return the clean material to the powder route. It ensures the stability of the finished powder quality while minimizing losses in the grain processing project, improving workshop hygiene, and enhancing economic benefits.
2. Structural Principle
The vibrating powder return device mainly consists of a frame, storage bin, vibrating feeder, and material separator. When powder return is needed, materials are collected in the storage bin. After the vibration motor starts, the material is lifted by the amplitude generated by the vibration motor and falls evenly and continuously into the powder return device from the diverter hood. Because the bottom plate of the powder return device is angled at 20° to the horizontal, the repeatedly lifted material moves along the bottom plate surface and falls into the material separator. The powdery material entering the separator is sucked into the powder route through the powder lifting pipe, while blocky foreign objects settle at the bottom of the cylinder. When reaching a certain weight, the flap valve automatically opens to discharge them.
