1. Product Introduction
The bottom warehouse screw conveyor designed and manufactured by our company is mainly used for quantitative discharge; due to the use of low-speed shaft or chain drive and variable pitch structure, it features simple structure, easy maintenance, good feeding accuracy, and significantly improves batching precision.
The TWLL series screw conveyor is suitable for discharging and batching processes of materials such as flour, bran, and feed; it is divided into two types: quantitative type used with batching scales and adjustable type used independently.
2. Performance Features
①Steel pipe shell and variable pitch blades ensure uniform discharge and stable feeding, effectively preventing material compaction and blockage during conveying;
②Can be matched with speed-regulating motors, frequency converters, and PLC control to independently adjust feeding speed according to production line output requirements, achieving automated production;
③ High output, good sealing, uniform feeding, easy speed and quantity adjustment, simple structure, and attractive appearance.
④ Newly designed discharge end ensures no material residue at the tail of the screw, with innovative and aesthetically pleasing overflow door and anti-blocking switch structure;
⑤ Chain drive device is designed to be simple and convenient, capable of rotating 360° around the main shaft of the screw, and can be equipped with cycloidal pinwheel reducer or helical gear reducer.
