1. Product Introduction
The TLSS series screw conveyor is a conveying machine that relies on a rotating screw (auger blade) to push bulk materials for horizontal or inclined (ɑ≦20°) transportation; the auger is made of high-quality steel plate with good sealing performance to effectively control dust emission; the auger blades are continuously cold-rolled and formed using wear-resistant high-quality materials; all connections use high-strength bolts.
This machine features a simple structure, easy operation, reliable and stable working performance, and can feed or discharge at any point along the entire working length.
It is suitable for horizontal conveying of granular and powder materials in grain processing plants, feed mills, oil and fat industries, and other industrial applications.

① Simple structure, small cross-sectional size, good sealing, reliable operation, low maintenance cost, and convenient for intermediate feeding and discharging;
② The conveying direction can be reversed, and it can also convey simultaneously in two opposite directions;
③During conveying, it can also perform operations such as stirring, mixing, crushing, and cooling of materials.
