Product Introduction
TDTG series bucket elevators are widely used conveying equipment. Their working principle is: the bucket scoops material from the lower hopper, lifts it to the top via a conveyor belt or chain, then flips it over the top roller to discharge the material into the receiving hopper. Belt-driven bucket elevators usually use rubber belts installed on upper and lower drive rollers and upper and lower redirecting rollers. Chain-driven bucket elevators are equipped with two parallel drive chains, each with a pair of drive sprockets and redirecting sprockets at the top and bottom. Bucket elevators generally have a casing to prevent dust dispersion.
