Product Introduction
The LRF series hot air furnace is a new generation heating product. This product adopts multi-head spiral groove heat exchange technology, integrating combustion and heat exchange design, making the product structure compact and layout reasonable, with high heat exchange intensity, fast heating, and high thermal efficiency. It features a small footprint, easy installation and operation, clean hot air, and stable performance. This hot air furnace uses indirect heat transfer technology, using clean air as the heat transfer medium, providing an ideal direct heat source for heating processes in various industries. The heating temperature is divided into low temperature ( 80~150 ℃ ), medium temperature ( 200~300 ℃ ) and high temperature ( 400~550 ℃ ), three levels, allowing customers to freely choose according to the requirements of the drying process. This product is widely used for drying, spraying, and dehydration of various materials in chemical, food, medicinal materials, tobacco, ceramics, building materials, and other industries.
