The NX series cyclone pulse discharge dust collector combines cyclone pre-dust removal and pulse bag deep purification into one unit, achieving full-process dust control from source to emission, meeting food hygiene and environmental protection requirements.
1. Dust classification purification system
- First stage: Cyclone coarse filtration (particle size > 50μm)
Using a cone-shaped enhanced centrifugal structure to efficiently intercept powder particles in the airflow, with a separation efficiency of over 92%, reducing the pressure on downstream dust removal equipment.
- Second stage: Pulse fine filtration (0.5-10μm)
Equipped with food-grade coated polyester filter bags, surface coated with nano-level PTFE microporous membrane, achieving a fine dust capture efficiency of 99.97%, with emission concentration stably below the national standard of 10mg/m³.
