Single-shaft Paddle Conditioner
This conditioner has a simple structure and is widely used. A stirring shaft is installed in the middle of its cylindrical shell, with multiple adjustable and replaceable paddle blades mounted on the shaft. When the conditioner is operating, powder particles move in two directions under the stirring of the paddles: one is rotation around the shaft, and the other is axial movement along the shaft. The movement trajectory approximates a helix. Under normal conditions, the speed of the conditioner is 150-450 r/min, The material's advancing speed is related to the shaft speed and the paddle's picking angle. Under a fixed speed, the paddle's picking angle can be adjusted to control the material's conditioning time. The conventional single-paddle length is 3 meters, and generally, the material stays in the conditioning chamber for 20-30 seconds, which basically meets the conditioning requirements of ordinary materials.
