XM Series Rice Washer
1. Main Uses
The XM series rice washer is specially designed for cleaning grains such as rice, millet, and beans. Its core functions include:
Impurity Removal Efficiently removes foreign materials such as sand, metal fragments, husks, and dust.
Texture Purification Through deep cleaning, reduces surface starch residue, enhancing the taste and processing quality of grains.
Pre-treatment Support Provides clean raw materials for subsequent processes such as steaming and milling, improving product quality.
2. Working Principle
Materials flow into the cleaning tank, which has a conical bottom design. Under gravity, materials naturally flow toward the center. A high-speed spiral shaft installed in the center rotates, generating water vortices. During the material's convergence, the water flow impact loosens the grains and separates attached impurities. Light impurities like husks float and are carried away by the water flow. A specific gravity stone removal device is designed at the center bottom of the cleaning tank. Due to density differences, heavy impurities such as metal and sand sink and are collected in the stone container. The high-speed rotating spiral shaft in the center also acts as a conveyor, transporting cleaned materials to the elevated screening device. The screening device vibrates at high frequency to separate materials from water. The materials vibrate at high frequency and, under centrifugal force, are dehydrated as much as possible, flowing along the screen surface to the next process.
The water used for cleaning materials circulates continuously and can be adjusted and replenished with clean water at any time to maintain water quality within a reasonable range, minimizing water consumption and meeting environmental protection requirements.

Large-scale production: grain processing plants, rice product enterprises (such as rice cake and rice noodle production lines).
Catering industry: chain restaurants, central kitchens, school/hospital cafeterias, meeting high-frequency and large-volume demands.
