During the flour production process, dust (such as wheat flour, bran, etc.) can easily form a high-concentration suspended dust environment during processing, conveying (such as elevator operations), and storage stages, posing a risk of dust explosions. To ensure safe production, explosion vent panels (also known as explosion-proof panels) and flameless explosion vents, along with supporting safety systems, need to be installed on key equipment (such as pulse dust collectors and elevators) to quickly release explosion pressure and reduce accident hazards.
Pulse dust collectors are equipped with explosion vent panels, explosion isolation valves, and other devices to prevent the spread of dust explosions inside the dust collector.
