Air Flow (Flash)Dryer

This series of units can be customized according to customer requirements for heat sources, including options such as electricity, steam, heat transfer oil, natural gas, and coal. The heated dry hot air and wet materials are mixed at a specially designed feeder (positive or negative pressure), allowing the wet materials to mix and move with the high-temperature airflow, and finally, the moisture is separated from the raw materials through a separator.

PGL Tray Dryer

This series of units is a drying equipment developed by our company by integrating a series of advanced domestic and international technologies and continuous improvements. It features a multi-layer fixed hollow heating circular material-carrying plate, rotary rake stirring, and vertical continuous operation, primarily using heat conduction. The drying process involves passing the heat carrier into the hollow circular plates on each layer, indirectly heating the wet material placed on the plate surface through heat conduction. Under the scraping action of the rotating rake blades, the continuously moving and tumbling material's moisture evaporates at the operating temperature. The steam is discharged with the equipment's exhaust gases, thereby continuously obtaining qualified dried products at the bottom of the equipment. Compared with traditional drying equipment, it has advantages such as high thermal efficiency, energy saving, uniform drying, good product quality, small footprint, fewer auxiliary devices, less pollution, continuous production, easy operation, and wide applicability.

CHGF Wheat Germ Dryer

Cyclic Grain Dryer

The FGLS series mixed-flow grain drying tower produced by our company is an advanced drying machine model developed based on the digestion and absorption of foreign drying technology and the use of computer mathematical simulation design for grain drying. The unit consists of grain unloading, lifting, cleaning, conveying, pre-drying bin, drying tower, post-drying bin, heat source, control unit, and other components. The material passes through a multi-functional drying zone, combining the advantages of concurrent flow, counterflow, and mixed-flow drying towers to achieve continuous, gentle, and uniform wet-heat exchange, avoiding dead spots and scorched grains. It features automatic control, allowing arbitrary adjustment of the material's residence time within the tower. KQLQ Air-Cooled Air Cooler

In positive pressure conveying engineering, the compressed gas often accompanies high temperatures during its generation. The outlet gas temperature of common Roots blowers can reach 60°C to 90°C. Using such high-temperature gas directly for conveying food materials can cause material denaturation and moisture loss, among other negative effects. This series of air coolers can cool the process gas to near ambient temperature, thereby reducing or even eliminating these effects, reducing the defect rate, and improving product quality.

SLQ Water-cooled Air Cooler

Using such high-temperature gas directly for conveying food materials can cause negative effects such as material denaturation and moisture loss. The SLQ series water-cooled air cooler can cool the air inside the Roots blower to below 38°C, thereby reducing or even eliminating these effects, reducing the defect rate, and improving product quality.

FHJJ Screw Conveyor Powder Returner

The powder returner is one of the essential pieces of equipment in flour mills. Its function is to collect the suction powder, bran powder, and powder scattered in the storage bins, large compartments, and during maintenance, and continuously and evenly return them to the powder flow. It ensures the stability of the finished flour quality while minimizing losses in the grain processing process, improving workshop hygiene, and enhancing economic efficiency.
